The Unstoppable You: Align with your Highest Self workshop was created to offer a space for individuals like You who are seeking for healing, community, and tools to help you on your healing/self love/spiritual journey.

 

We understand how lonely it may be, and the fear of not knowing who to turn to or who to trust in times of life, emotional, and relationship transitions. We, Mary and Cydi, collaborated together, understanding the deep healing our community needs, the need to find knowledgeable and trust worthy individuals who will compassionately and whole heartedly guide and provide the space, the healing energy, and tools you can take with you.

Through movement, art, meditation, and energy healing, we will focus on helping you to release old stories that no longer serve you, whether it be past trauma, negative thinking patterns, and or limiting beliefs you've held on to, for far too long. And through releasing these old patterns, we will guide new energy forth to give you a new light to the new and true narratives that is who you really are, in connection to your Higher self.

With Mary's expertise in energy healing, art, and intuitive abilities, to Cydi's expertise in healing touch, movement, and intuitive abilities, we will work together to offer our healing energy and practical spiritual tools that can help you to work towards connecting more with who you truly are, your Higher Self, and quieting all the old unhelpful beliefs in your mind, allowing your True Essence to radiate.   ​
